What can I say, I do not think that there are enough words! Arrived at noon and asked to leave my bags so I could just walk around the lake and get some air. A combination of snow and feeling unsafe in the city meant I had nothing to really do before I flew the following day. The guys on reception not only checked me in early, but upgraded me to a king sized bed for free! The room was exactly what I wanted, it was homely and comfortable with all the amenities, and WARM. This was something a high end competition in the city failed miserably on. The staff were all friendly, I booked my air port bus ride, it felt very safe for a solo traveller and the food and drink at the restaurant was amazing. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough with the care that they give to travellers.

We stayed here during the great Southwest Airlines Debaucle of 2022. Our flight home to Vegas was cancelled and we had to wait 4 days to catch another flight. The staff is very nice. On our second night at the hotel, the folks above us must have been drunk because they were banging around and making a ton of noise, screaming, and crying at midnight on a workday. We let the staff know, and the noise stopped. The shuttle drivers were prompt and on time. Breakfast in the Restaurant was delicious.

Staff very good accommodating my requests, very responsive and friendly. Clean. Occasional noise from the airport is not too bad, as this hotel is not right next to the airport. Otherwise remarkably quiet (A/C, guests). Reasonable parking fees. Also good value compared to the others similar. For me another bonus is the ability to open the window. Good location: not busy neighborhood, close to freeways.

Was stuck in Portland at the airport, and flight was delayed, so I grabbed something to eat . They bumped up the time, so I missed flight, but my luggage went. Got a room, and Radison picked me and p gave me a care package. I went up to my nice room with a sitting room. Took a hot bath and went to bed in a comfy bed. Radfison took me back to the airport. Made my disaster a little bit better.

Tolle

It has the most beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. It is on a lake with ducks, geese, etc. The shuttle service was impressive. The food at the Lake View Bar & Grill is incredible & most delicious. Sarah at the front desk & Jenny in the back provided exceptional customer service. They both made me feel very welcome to stay there while providing top notch service.
